OFL is currently rolling out PC Beverage Shelf Glide in chains of major Chinese convenience store brands!

Merchandising issues to solve were:

1.Products located on very narrow shelves. So when the first 1-2 rows of are shopped down the products suffer from ‘perceived out-of-stock’.

2.Unique packaging design and shape needed to be considered.

3.The company evaluated a spring-pusher system to achieve permanent fronting to the last unit.

Roller shelf was the perfect shelf management system because:

1.Product unique shape was no issue to merchandise

2.Easy to install

3.Consistent front facing performance

4.Elimination of ‘perceived out-of-stock’.

Store Product Bottle Shelf was tested in 50 stores (and results compared to control stores) – average sales increases are above 10%.

Sales lift attributed to roller shelf and now national roll-out is planned!
