1. Installation and Debugging Procedure

Unpacking and Inventorying Accessories:Open the packaging box and remove the roller main board, separator wire, acrylic baffle, front and rear rails, tilt angle strip, and other accessories. Check that all accessories are complete and undamaged.

Installing the Front and Rear Rails: Install the front and rear rails at both ends of the slide rail main board, ensuring that the rails are accurately aligned with the slide rail grooves and securely fixed. Note the difference between the front and rear rails; the front rail usually has a groove for installing the baffle.

Install the baffle and dividers: Tear off the anti-scratch film on the acrylic baffle, align it with the slots on the front rail, insert and secure it; according to the product size, align the wire dividers with the slide rail holes and install them, adjusting the spacing of the dividers to ensure the product can be placed stably without wobbling.

Adjust the tilt angle: Place the installed slide rail shelf on the freezer or shelf. Adjust the tilt angle strip below the slide rail so that the front end is slightly lower and the rear end is slightly higher, controlling the tilt angle at 3-5 degrees to ensure the product can smoothly slide to the front under its own weight.

Test the gliding effect: Place the product in the container and observe whether it slides evenly and smoothly to the front. If jamming occurs, adjust the tilt angle or the spacing of the dividers until the gliding effect is good.

2.Product listing process

Product Shelving Process: Follow the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle: When replenishing stock, first push the existing products to the front, and then add new products from the back of the chute to ensure that the products that enter the warehouse first are sold first and avoid products from expiring.

Arrange merchandise neatly: Place merchandise sequentially into the designated areas of the slide, ensuring the bottom of each item makes full contact with the rollers. Arrange items neatly, avoiding any tilting or stacking that could affect the sliding effect.

Fill the slide: Fill the slide as much as possible to ensure sufficient pushing force between items. This allows items in the back to slide smoothly to the front after the front items are removed, while also improving the overall display effect.

3.Daily Inventory Management Process

Timely Replenishment: When the quantity of goods in the slide decreases, replenish the stock from the back end promptly to maintain an adequate inventory and avoid empty shelves.

Inspect Product Condition: Regularly check the packaging of goods in the slide for damage, leakage, or other issues. Remove any damaged goods promptly to prevent contamination of other products.

Adjust Product Arrangement: If goods become misaligned or jammed during the slide, adjust the product positions and spacing of the dividers to ensure smooth gliding.
